Mdina Engineering is aware of the need for community participation to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of any project and recognises that the successful provision of services to a community must be a people-driven process. It is important for us to give back to the communities in which we operate.

The firm is thus involved in empowerment, training and human capacity building in disadvantaged communities, leaving these communities with an enhanced capacity, which promotes the sustainability of future projects. We have created employment, trained individuals and supported local communities through social development initiatives such as donations to schools, churches and sports associations in need.
